I've been a fan of Urban Decay's Original Primer Potion since 2007. I was happy to see Urban decided to come out with 2 other eyeshadow primers that help transform an eyeshadow's finish but yet, still helps eyeshadows last all day & prevents them from creasing like the original. The Sin eyeshadow primer (a shimmery champagne color) helps make an eyeshadow more shimmery. The Eden primer (a light tawny/yellow matte color) helps make a shimmery eyeshadow less shimmery. This eyeshadow primer would work great with any matte eyeshadow as well.
To be honest, I don't use the Eden primer as an eyeshadow primer...I use it as a concealer primer. Yes, a concealer primer! I apply a thin layer of Eden under my eyeshadow after applying my foundation + powder. After I apply Eden, I apply my concealer. I always have a problem with my concealer creasing or fading away during the day, but since using Eden as a concealer primer, I haven't had that problem. I also like to use Eden on my brow bone & the bridge of my nose to highlight.
