Review: Urban Decay Afterglow Cheek Tints

Urban Decay just released their Spring 2011 collection a couple of weeks ago. In the collection, they have new items such as the new 24/7 Glide On Shadow Pencils, Blending Brush, Mascara, Lash Serum, & Cheek Tints. I was most interested in the Cheek Tints since lately I've been a blush kick. These tints are packed with Vitamin E, Vitamin C & Vitamin A to help nourish & protect your skin. There are 7 different colors of tints ranging from an orange to a berry color. I decided to get Fetish (a rosy pink). The color goes on sheer, but the color can be buildable which I like. The cheek tint doesn't go on greasy & is very lightweight. I was skeptical about using a cream blush  at first because I have very oily skin. I thought maybe it wouldn't going to last more than 30 mins  on my cheeks & would make my face more oily. After a few hours, I noticed that there was a little fading, but it didn't make my face more oily. Not bad for a cream blush! I suggest setting this blush or any cream blush with a translucent powder or with a powder blush that is the shade (or almost the shade) of the cream blush.

Would I buy the cheek tint again? Yes! I'd probably go with a deeper or brighter shade though. Fetish wasn't as dark as I wanted it to be. Next time, I'll get the berry, hot pink, or orange shade which I think would show up better on women of color & women with deeper skintones. I'd recommend this blush for every skin type especially, for those who have dry skin. This blush retails for $24 & can be found at Urban Decay's website, Ulta, Sephora, & wherever else Urban Decay Cosmetics is sold.
